My story

My life changed the day I heard the words, “your son has autism.” It forever changed again six months later, when my husband was in an accident that left him paralyzed.

I was building a career in technology and consulting when those two moments rewrote everything. Almost overnight I became a special-needs parent, a caregiver, and an advocate, while still leading teams and serving customers.

It taught me things no leadership program could. That people carry loads you can’t see. That the “standard” way of doing things quietly shuts out people with enormous talent. And that when you design for different minds and different bodies, you usually end up with something better for everyone.

So I brought those lessons to work. At Cisco, Box, Microsoft, Trellix, Softura, and EY-Parthenon, I’ve led services, sales, and partner organizations through constant change: owning P&Ls up to $54M, scaling delivery, and turning emerging technology (most recently AI) into offers customers actually buy.

Along the way I served as Accessibility Lead for Microsoft’s State & Local Government business, mentored in Microsoft’s Neurodiverse Community and Neurodiversity Hiring Program, and spent more than a decade on nonprofit boards, including as Vice President of the Autism Society of Illinois.

Today my work has two sides that belong together. I help organizations solve hard business problems in services, go-to-market, and AI. And I help leaders build the kind of inclusive teams that solve them faster. Different minds. Stronger teams. Better futures.
